Formerly known as GST*RS School of Dance and Performing Arts, the new brand Miss G’s Academy of Performing Arts has been established to create a cohesive alignment over multiple schools. This is to instill the ethics and principles Miss G has and intends to keep.
ISTD & CDMT Certified
Miss G’s Academy of Performing Arts is a Recognised School with the Council for Dance Education and Training. CDMT’s Recognised School Award demonstrates to students, parents and guardians that they adhere to the standards demanded by the industry; standards designed to protect and safeguard young people whether dancing for leisure or with an eye to a career in the profession.
Throughout the year our students are presented with opportunities to participate in ISTD Examinations (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, one of the most prestigious dance examining bodies in the world), as well as competitions and performances.
Miss G holds the ISTD Diploma in Dance Pedagogy, as well as Licentiate Imperial Classical Ballet, Modern Theatre and Tap, making her the most qualified ISTD teacher in the local area of Royston, Hertfordshire and Tiptree, Essex.
